This isn't another theoretical course. You'll tackle actual client briefs, present to real stakeholders, and build a portfolio that demonstrates genuine strategic thinking.

Program Structure
Eight months of hands-on learning designed around real client projects and industry challenges. Each phase builds practical skills while developing strategic thinking.
Foundation Phase
Brand fundamentals, market analysis, and competitive positioning. You'll analyze three established brands and present your findings to a panel of industry professionals. This phase covers research methodologies and strategic frameworks that form the backbone of effective brand work.
Strategy Development
Work directly with local Taiwan businesses to develop comprehensive brand strategies. Teams of four students tackle real challenges, from startup positioning to established company rebranding. Previous participants have worked with tech companies, restaurants, and professional services.
Implementation & Portfolio
Execute your strategies and document results. This final phase focuses on measuring impact, refining approaches, and building a portfolio that showcases your strategic thinking. You'll present final projects to industry leaders and potential employers.

Applications open March 2025. We accept 24 participants for intensive, personalized instruction. The program requires significant commitment but provides direct access to Taiwan's brand strategy community.
